About I Am Health Education®

Our Story

I Am Health Education® was founded by Nakia Bolden, MPH, CHES®, to equip health professionals with practical, equity-driven tools. What began as support for CHES® candidates now powers exam prep, CEU resources, and real-world strategies that help the public health workforce thrive.

Mission

To advance health education through high-quality resources and training, develop strategies that address health disparities and chronic disease, and ensure equal health opportunities for all communities.
